if you use coconut nectar inside of maple add 4 minutes to the bake time 🫶🏼
recipe * 1 cup almond flour * 1 cup tahini * 1/2 cup maple syrup ( I subbed coconut nectar) * 1 egg * 1 tsp baking soda * 1 heaping cup of @hukitchen chocolate chips * 1 scoop collagen peptides (I use the flavorless one from erewhon) * 1 tsp flaky sea salt * 1 heaping teaspoon vanilla bean paste
method * Mix all liquids * Add in all dry ingredients * Mix and add in chocolate chips * Refrigerate for about 1/2 hour * Use an ice cream scoop to scoop cookies * 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. * Store in freezer. They are the perfect treat.
