Another highlight from the Moroccan feast I cooked with my friend Emmanuel!
The orange and cured olive salad was the true standout for me. The rich, briny olives instantly took me back to childhood—reminding me of the ones I used to pick out of a sourdough olive loaf. Since then, I’ve devoured countless jars, but this dish brought that memory to life in the best way.
